All embroidered or printed orders will be dispatched within 10 – 15 working days after the final approval of artwork. Some of Corporate gifts will take up to 3-4 weeks. If shorter delivery times are required or for the urgent orders, please call Abbeygate supplies and we will try our best to meet your requirements. Non printed or embroidered products are available within 2 – 3 working days delivery via couriers. Working days are between Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Delivery charges varies on the size of the order and will be quoted during the placement of the order.

Orders will only be despatched after receipt of full payments.


Abbeygate supplies checks all products for the quality prior to any decorations as part of its ongoing procedure of providing customers with its excellent customer service and if by any chance any faulty or wrong item has being supplied, then we will be happy to exchange or accept returns.

The returns must be informed in writing within 7 days after the receipt of the goods and return will be authorised with a return number.


If you wish to exchange any item, then we will to happy to accept it provided that it is not decorated in any way and is in the original packing. Carriage cost will be charged for the return and the replacement.
